​The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced 508 vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer (JE) Civil under the JKSSB Recruitment 2025 notification. Eligible candidates can apply online for the JKSSB JE (Civil) vacancy from May 05, 2025, to June 03, 2025.

JKSSB Junior Engineer Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 508 vacant posts under the JKSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

• Public Works (R&B) Department: 150 posts

• Jal Shakti Department: 358 posts

JKSSB Junior Engineer Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the JKSSB JE (Civil) vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute, or

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-recognized university, or

• AMIE (Section A & B) India in Civil Engineering.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

JKSSB Junior Engineer Selection Process:

The selection for Junior Engineer consists of the following stages:

• Written Examination:

  • Objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Medium: English.
  • Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer
  • Total Marks: 120

• Document Verification

• Medical Examination
