The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release the official notification for the IBPS Clerk 2025 Recruitment (CRP-CSA-XV) in October 2025. The IBPS Clerk Exam is held annually to recruit for the vacant posts of Clerk or Customer Service Associate (CSA) across 11 public sector banks. The IBPS Clerk Exam will be conducted in 2 stages (Pre & Mains).

IBPS Clerk/CSA Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the IBPS Clerk or Customer Service Associate (CSA) vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as of the specified date in the notification). Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Computer Proficiency: Candidates need to have a basic understanding of computer operations.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the official language of the state/UT for which the candidate is applying.

IBPS Clerk/CSA Selection Process:

The selection process for the post of IBPS Clerk or Customer Service Associate (CSA) consists of the following 2 stages:

  1. Preliminary Examination: CBT, MCQ-Based

  2. Main Examination: CBT, MCQ-Based
