To be eligible for the HPSCB JE & Lecturer Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Junior Engineer (Civil)

A diploma or degree in civil engineering.
Jr. Lecturer—Accountancy & Bookkeeping

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce (≥55%) or Associate/Fellow of ICAI.

2 years of teaching/practical experience.
Junior Lecturer—Management

Master’s in Business Administration or Economics (≥55%).

2 years of practical or teaching experience.
Junior Lecturer—Cooperative Law

1st Class LL.B. or LL.M. with ≥55%.

2 years of teaching/practice in cooperative/banking law.
