The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)—Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) has announced 148 vacancies for the Scientist B post under the DRDO RAC Recruitment 2025 notification. DRDO RAC Scientist B Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the DRDO RAC Scientist B Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology OR
• First Class Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized university.

GATE Qualification:

• Must have a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline (EC, ME, CS, EE, PH, CY, etc.).

Age Limit (as on last date):

• UR/EWS: 35 years

• OBC (NCL): 38 years

• SC/ST: 40 years

DRDO RAC Scientist B Selection Process:

• Personal Interview

• Final Selection: 80% GATE score + 20% interview score.
