BEL Panchkula Project & Trainee Engineer Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 45 vacant posts under BEL Recruitment 2025 for the following:

1. Trainee Engineer—I (Total Vacancies-42)

• • Electronics – 23
  • Mechanical – 19

2. Project Engineer—I (Total Vacancies-03)

• • Electronics – 1
  • Civil – 1
  • Electrical: 1

BEL Trainee and Project Engineer Eligibility Criteria:

1. Trainee Engineer—I

• Upper Age Limit (as of 01.02.2025): 28 Years
• Educational Qualification:
  • 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical from a recognized university/institute.
• Contract Duration: Initially for 2 years, extendable up to 3 years based on project requirements & performance.

2. Project Engineer—I

• Upper Age Limit (as of 01.02.2025): 32 Years
• Educational Qualification:
  • 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
• Contract Duration: Initially for 3 years, extendable up to 4 years.

BEL Trainee & Project Engineer Selection Process:

The selection process for trainee & project engineer includes:

• For Trainee Engineer-I:
  • Selection is based on a written test conducted by BEL.
• For Project Engineer-I:
  • Step 1: Written Test
  • Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (1:5 ratio).

BEL Panchkula Recruitment 2025 Application Fee:

• • Trainee Engineer-I: ₹177/-
  • Project Engineer-I: ₹472/-
  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt from the application fee.
  • Payment Mode: SBI Collect (Online or SBI Bank Branch)
