The Common Paramedical Entrance Test (CPET) 2025 is conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Uttar Pradesh, for admission to UG & PG Paramedical courses. Eligible candidates can apply online from 18 April to 24 May 2025. The exam will be conducted on 18th June 2025.

UP CPET Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ABVMU Common Paramedical (UG & PG) Exam 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

For Bachelor’s Courses:

• Qualification: 10+2 with Science stream (PCB or PCM or relevant) with English as a mandatory subject.
• Minimum Age: 17 years by 31st Dec 2025
• Maximum Age: 30 years for SGPGIMS only
• Minimum Marks: 45% in core subjects (40% for SC/ST/OBC)

For Master’s Courses:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks
• 6-month internship for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy

UP CPET 2025 Exam Pattern:

• Mode: Offline (OMR)
• Questions: 120 MCQs
• Duration: 140 minutes
• Medium: English & Hindi
• Marking: +1 for correct, no negative marking

For Bachelor’s Courses Sections:

• Section A: Subject specific (Biology/Maths/CS, etc.) – 30 marks

• Section B: Chemistry- 30 marks

• Section C: Physics- 30 marks

• Section D: English & GK- 30 marks

For Master’s Courses Sections:

• Section A: Core Subject Knowledge (related to Bachelor course) – 60 marks
• Section B: Advanced/Theory Questions- 36 marks
• Section C: General Aptitude & Analytical Skills- 24 marks
