The Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) is recruiting 25 Accounts Officers (Junior Grade) with a pay scale under Level-15. Eligible candidates can apply online by March 31, 2025.

• Reservation for PwBD: 1 post reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) under Blind & Low Vision category.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• 3-month Computer Course certification from a recognized institute.

Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation applies as per Government of Sikkim norms.

Other Requirements:

• Possession of a Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification (COI) issued by the competent authority.
• Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority.
• No Objection Certificate (for employed candidates).
• Marital Status Certificate (for female candidates).

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Detailed syllabus and exam pattern will be published on the SPSC website.
   • Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks to proceed to the next stage.
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates from the written examination will undergo document scrutiny.
3. Final Merit List:
   • Based on written examination scores and document verification.

Application Fee:

• Amount: ₹500
• Payment Mode: Online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard).
• Note: Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
