Eligibility Criteria:

1. Senior Vice President / Vice President

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Engineering (minimum 60% marks) with MBA and/or CFA.
  • Preferred Certification: NISM Series XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers).
• Experience:
  • 15+ years in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or related fields.
  • Board-level experience and exposure to startup ecosystems (e.g., Deeptech, Spacetech) are preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising, investment strategy development, and risk assessment.
  • Monitoring and nurturing investee companies, ensuring value creation.
  • Representing SVCL in high-stakes negotiations and boards.

2. Investment Principal

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Engineering (minimum 60% marks) with MBA and/or CFA.
  • Preferred Certification: NISM Series XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers).
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Experience with startup ecosystems (e.g., Deeptech, AI).
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing investment opportunities and managing investment appraisals.
  • Supporting fund management and ensuring profitable exits from investments.
  • Conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.

3. Senior Investment Associate / Investment Associate

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Engineering (minimum 60% marks) with MBA and/or CFA.
  • Preferred Certification: NISM Series XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers).
• Experience:
  • For Senior Investment Associate: Minimum 3 years.
  • For Investment Associate: Minimum 2 years.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Market research, deal sourcing, and financial modeling.
  • Assisting in portfolio management and supporting due diligence.
  • Preparing investment documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Selection Process:
