Positions Available:

• Grade ‘A’ – Assistant Manager (General Stream)
• Grade ‘B’ – Manager (General & Specialist Streams) in Legal, IT (Specializations in AI/ML, Full Stack Development, Security, Infrastructure/Network)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality: Must be a citizen of India or meet specific conditions for candidates from neighboring countries as per government guidelines.

2. Educational Qualifications:

• Grade ‘A’: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business Administration with 60% minimum (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, CFA, or full-time MBA/PGDM.
• Grade ‘B’: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% (or 55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Additional qualifications for legal and IT streams apply as detailed in the job description.

3. Experience Requirements:

• Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’): 2 years’ experience in relevant credit/lending roles or other specified fields.
• Manager (Grade ‘B’): Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking/financial institutions for general, legal, or IT roles.

4. Age Limit:

• Grade ‘A’: 21-30 years (Born between November 8, 1994, and November 9, 2003)
• Grade ‘B’: 25-33 years (Born between November 8, 1991, and November 9, 1999)

Compensation:

• Grade ‘A’: Approx. INR 1,00,000/month
• Grade ‘B’: Approx. INR 1,15,000/month Other allowances and benefits as per SIDBI’s rules.

Selection Process:

1. Phase I: Online screening examination (200 marks, multiple sections)
2. Phase II: Descriptive and objective tests based on specific streams.
3. Phase III: Personal Interview (includes evaluation of extracurricular achievements).
