SIDBI Associate Manager & Theme Leader Recruitment 2025

Applications are invited for a total of 02 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• For Both Positions:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university is required.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA, PGDM, Economics, Finance, Social Work, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Candidates with certifications in financial inclusion, digital banking, or microfinance will be given preference.

Work Experience:

• Theme Leader – Gender & Financial Literacy:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gender-focused financial literacy programs.
  • Experience in policy advocacy, social impact assessment, and working with financial institutions.
• Associate Manager – Financial Inclusion:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial inclusion, MSME financing, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with government schemes related to financial inclusion and microfinance.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age for both positions: 45 years as of the application deadline.
• Age Relaxation: As per SIDBI & Government of India norms.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting of Applications based on qualifications & experience.
• Interview Round (Online/Offline) for shortlisted candidates.
• Final Selection based on merit and interview performance.

Note: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
