The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) has announced the recruitment of one Radio Operator on a contract basis. The selected candidate will be posted in Mumbai and will receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 70,600/-.

Applications are invited for a total of 1 vacant posts under the following category:

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in handling MF/HF SSB and VHF sets. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting – Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, including educational qualification, experience, and age.
2. Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
3. Merit-Based Selection – In case of a large number of applications, candidates may be shortlisted in a 1:20 ratio based on higher marks in the required qualification.
4. Final Selection – Candidates securing the highest merit in the interview will be selected.

The interview will be conducted at Shipping House, Nariman Point, Mumbai or may be conducted virtually through the Web-Ex platform. The exact date and time of the interview will be notified on the SCI website.
