The State Digital Health Mission (SDHM) under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Kerala, has announced exciting recruitment opportunities for various technical positions on a contract basis. The State Digital Health Mission, as part of its mission to implement the eHealth Kerala Project, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of District Project Engineer in Palakkad district. This pivotal role involves managing and executing district-level health IT initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and support for eHealth applications, and coordinating with various stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Vacancy & Salary Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
• Must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

Experience

• At least 1 year of IT experience with:
  • Exposure to LAN, WAN, and hardware maintenance.
  • Understanding of network communication technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with system installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of open-source tools like PostgreSQL and Java technologies (desirable).

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 22 years.
• Maximum age: 35 years (as of the notification date).

Preference

• Candidates from Palakkad District will be given preference.
• Candidates from other districts may also apply but must be willing to relocate and work in Palakkad.

Nationality

• The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Selection Process:

1. Evaluation Process
