The SBI Vice President (Investor Relations) Recruitment 2025 offers a high-level leadership role in managing investor relations, financial strategy, and market engagement for India’s largest bank. The position comes with an attractive CTC of up to ₹65 LPA and a 4-year renewable contract in Mumbai.

Overview:

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 01 vacant post.

• Annual CTC: Up to ₹65.00 Lakh (Fixed Pay: 90%, Variable Pay: 10%)

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as of December 31, 2024):

• Minimum Age: 40 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

Age relaxation is not applicable, as this is a Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) recruitment.

Educational Qualification (As on December 31, 2024):

• Mandatory: PGDM/PGDBM/MBA or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
• Preferred: Specialization in Finance.

Experience (As on December 31, 2024):

• Mandatory: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or Corporate Finance roles.
• At least 5 years of investor relations experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and capital raising methods.

Selection Process:

Step 1: Shortlisting

• Only candidates meeting the minimum eligibility and experience criteria will be shortlisted.
• The shortlisting committee will determine parameters for selection.

Step 2: Interview (100 Marks)

• Shortlisted candidates will appear for an interview round conducted by SBI.
• Qualifying marks will be decided by SBI (No fixed cutoff).

Step 3: CTC Negotiation

• Final selection will include CTC negotiation with shortlisted candidates.
• If a selected candidate rejects the negotiated offer, the next ranked candidate in merit will be offered the position.

Final Merit List: Based on interview performance only. If multiple candidates score the same marks, the older candidate (by age) will be ranked higher.
