The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced its recruitment for Probationary Officers (PO) for 2024-25, involving a three-phase process including a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Psychometric Test/Interview/Group Exercises, with online applications open from December 27 to January 16, 2025.

Education Qualification:

• Passed/appeared to have a bachelor’s degree in any stream in any recognized university in India.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years.
• Maximum Age: 30 Years.
• Age Relaxation Extra as per SBI Probationary Officers PO Recruitment 2024 Rules.

Selection Process:

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
• Objective test for 100 marks with 3 sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability.
• Duration: 1 hour.

Phase-II: Main Examination
• Objective test (200 marks) and Descriptive test (50 marks).
• Subjects: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge, English Language.

Phase-III: Psychometric Test/Group Exercises/Interview
• Psychometric test for personality profiling.
• Final Merit List
• Aggregate marks from Main Examination and Phase-III normalized to 100 marks.

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹750
• SC/ST/PwBD: Nil
