Vacancy & Salary Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 42 vacant posts under the following categories:

Pay Scale:

• Manager (MMGS-III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
• Deputy Manager (MMGS-II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as of July 31, 2024):

• For Manager (Data Scientist) (MMGS-III): 26 – 36 years
• For Deputy Manager (Data Scientist) (MMGS-II): 24 – 32 years
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

For Manager (Data Scientist) (MMGS-III):

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI & ML, Electronics & Communication or equivalent, MSc in Data Science/Statistics/AI, MA (Statistics), M.Stat, MCA from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in AI/ML Model Development, Data Science, and Deep Learning, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI development.

For Deputy Manager (Data Scientist) (MMGS-II):

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI & ML, Data Science, Electronics & Communication or equivalent, MSc in Data Science/Statistics, MA (Statistics), M.Stat, MCA from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in AI/ML Model Development & Analytics, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI development.

Preferred Qualifications (For Both Posts):

• MBA/PGDM in Finance (Preferred)
• Certification in AI, ML, NLP, Neural Networks (Valid as of July 31, 2024)

Selection Process:

Step 1: Shortlisting

• Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on academic records, experience, and domain expertise.

Step 2: Interview (100 Marks)

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview round (minimum qualifying marks will be decided by SBI).

Step 3: Merit List

• The final merit list will be based on interview scores only.
• In case of tie scores, the older candidate (by age) will be ranked higher.

Note: SBI reserves the right to conduct a Written Test before the Interview if the number of applicants is high.
