• Deputy Secretary (Documentation): 1 post
  Written test of 70 marks, with qualifying grades of 50%, or 35. Candidates for up to ten times the post who pass the exam will be invited for an interview in order of merit.

There will be a 30-minute interview.

• Stenographer: (2 posts) (1 English, 1 Hindi)
  Written test (100 marks) The qualifying marks will be 50. However, only a restricted number of candidates will be invited for a talent test in order of merit.
  Shorthand and typing test: A maximum of 25 times, or 50 candidates, will be called for a skill test to determine shorthand speed at 100 w.p.m. and typing speed at 45 w.p.m. These speeds are mandatory, but just for qualifying. The final decision will be made based on the merit of the written exam.

Syllabus: There will be four parts of exam objective type of 100 questions.

1. 25 Questions Arithmetics
2. 25 Questions, English or Hindi
3. 25 Questions reasoning
4. 25 Questions: General Knowledge and current affairs.

• Recording Engineer – (1 post)
  Part I Exam: There will be a 50-mark exam, with a qualifying grade of 25. A maximum of ten candidates in order of merit will be invited to an interview.

  Part II: 50 marks (Interview and Skilled exam)
  Interview – A limited number of candidates who pass the written exam will be summoned for an interview.
  The final selection will be based on the combined total of the exam and interview, in order of merit. There will be separate committees for the exam and interviews.

• Assistants – (4 posts)
  The selection process will involve a two-tiered exam.

  Objective-type exam 200 points, with 100 being the qualifying standard. All applicants who pass the first phase objective type exam will be called for the second phase exam. The questions will be of graduation level.
  50 Questions. Arithmetics
  50 Questions. English: 50 questions on reasoning.
  50 Questions. General knowledge of current issues.
  200 questions, 2 hours

  The second phase exam (50 marks) is descriptive and is designed to assess writing skills and language command.
  The final selection will be decided based on the cumulative result from two exams in order of merit.

• Junior Clerk (3 Posts)
  Selection will be based on a written exam (100 marks) with a qualifying mark of 50, followed by a skill test (typing test with a speed of 30 words per minute).
  The written test will be objective, with 100 questions (1.5). The hours (25 math, 25 general knowledge, 25 English, and 25 reasoning) will be of 12th level, with a minimum qualifying mark of 50.

  Candidates who receive qualifying marks will be called for a typing exam up to 20 times, for a total of 60 candidates. Typing exam of 30 w.p.m. is required, but qualifying.
  The final selection will be based on exam merit, subject to a qualifying skill test.

• MTS (5 posts)
  Selection will be based solely on the written exam. 100 questions (100 marks, 1.5 hours) in order of merit, with a qualifying mark of 50.

  25 Maths questions
  There are 25 English and 25 reasoning questions.
  25 questions. General Knowledge and Current Affairs
  The questions will be of the tenth standard.
