Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

3. Cultural Qualifications:

• Candidates should have participated in cultural events at the national or state level.
• Proficiency in the relevant cultural discipline (e.g., music, dance, drama, etc.).
