Job Details:

1. Drama Artist (Level 2 of Pay Matrix 7th CPC)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Drama from a Government recognized institute.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent. (50% marks not required for SC/ST/Ex-SM candidates and those with higher qualifications)
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Experience in the field and performance on AIR/Doordarshan.
  • Prizes won at the National Level.

2. Classical Singer (Hindustani Vocal Music) (Level 2 of Pay Matrix 7th CPC)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Hindustani Vocal Music from a government-recognized institute.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent. (50% marks not required for SC/ST/Ex-SM candidates and those with higher qualifications)
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Experience in the field and performance on AIR/Doordarshan.
  • Prizes won at the National Level.

Age Limit:

• General: 18 to 30 years as of 01.07.2024.
• Relaxation: Up to 40 years for UR, 45 years for SC/ST candidates with 3 years of regular Railway Service.

Examination Fee:

• General/OBC Candidates: ₹500 (₹400 will be refunded to those who actually appear in the written examination)
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Minorities/Economically Backward Classes: ₹250 (the full amount will be refunded to those who actually appear in the written examination)
