RITES Ltd. is recruiting for various engineering positions, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Joint General Manager, with pay scales up to ₹2,20,000. Eligible candidates can apply online by February 2, 2025.

1. Manager (Transport Planner/Engineer): 2 posts
   • Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000

2. Manager (Infrastructure Planner): 1 post
   • Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹17.97 LPA
3. Manager (Urban Designer): 1 post
   • Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹17.97 LPA
4. Joint General Manager (Civil – Geo-Physicist): 1 post
   • Pay Scale: ₹80,000–₹2,20,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹31.60 LPA
5. Senior Manager (Mechanical – Ventilation Expert): 1 post
   • Pay Scale: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹21.40 LPA
6. Senior Manager (E&M Expert): 1 post
   • Pay Scale: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹21.40 LPA
7. Assistant Manager (Civil – Bridge Engineer): 4 posts
   • Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹14.46 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age Limit (as of February 2, 2025):
   • Manager/Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 years
   • Joint General Manager: Maximum 43 years
   • Senior Manager: Maximum 38 years
2. Educational Qualifications:
   • Positions require full-time degrees in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, depending on the role.
   • Specific posts require postgraduate qualifications such as M.Tech in relevant disciplines.
3. Experience:
   • Minimum 2–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience based on the position applied for.

Reservation:

• Reservations as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD categories.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test (for positions other than Joint General Manager):
   • Objective-type, 125 questions, duration of 2.5 hours.
   • No negative marking.
2. Document Scrutiny:
   • Verification of original documents for eligibility.
3. Interview:
   • Weightage:
     • Written Test: 60%
     • Interview: 40%
4. Final Merit List:
   • Based on combined scores of written test and interview.

• EWS/SC/ST/PwBD: ₹300 + Taxes
