RITES Ltd. is recruiting for Assistant Manager (Finance/HR) and Section Officer (Finance) positions with pay scales up to ₹1,40,000. Eligible candidates can apply online by February 4, 2025.

Overview:

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 32 vacant posts under following categories:

1. Assistant Manager (Finance): 12 posts
   • Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹14.46 LPA
2. Assistant Manager (HR): 10 posts
   • Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹14.46 LPA
3. Section Officer (Finance): 10 posts
   • Pay Scale: ₹26,000–₹96,000
   • Approx. CTC: ₹9.7 LPA

Note: Posts include horizontal reservation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen categories.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
2. Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PGDM/PGDBA in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with specialization clearly indicated.
3. Section Officer (Finance): CA Inter/ICMA Inter/M.Com/MBA (Finance).

Experience:

• Assistant Manager (Finance) and Section Officer (Finance): Minimum 2 years in Banking, GST, Income Tax, Accounts, Audit, Tendering, or Bill Processing.
• Assistant Manager (HR): Minimum 2 years in HRM, Labour Legislation, Learning & Development, or Organizational Behavior. Experience with SAP HR module preferred.

Age Limit (as of application closing date):

• Maximum: 32 years
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Written Test (Objective Type):
   • 125 Questions, 2.5 Hours
   • Topics: Subject Knowledge, English, General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, and Basic Computers.
   • No negative marking.
2. Document Verification and Interview (for shortlisted candidates):
   • Interview Weightage: 40% (30% Technical, 10% Communication Skills).
   • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
     • UR/EWS: 60%
     • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%
3. Final Merit List: Based on combined scores of Written Test (60%) and Interview (40%).
