RGIPT Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2025

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • For Engineering Graduates:
     • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university or equivalent.
   • For Science Graduates:
     • M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university or equivalent.
2. Additional Requirement:
   • A qualified NET/GATE score from any year is mandatory.
3. Relaxation:
   • Relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks and age limit will be provided as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged candidates.
4. Preferred Knowledge:
   • Familiarity with CO2 sequestration will be an added advantage.

Selection Process:

• Application Screening:
  • Applications will be screened based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
• Shortlisting:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or phone.
• Interview:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Final Selection:
  • The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
• Ph.D. Opportunity:
  • Based on satisfactory performance in the project, the selected candidate may be given the opportunity to apply for RGIPT’s Ph.D. program. Selection for the Ph.D. program will be based on qualifications, experience, and a separate interview process.
