Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) invites applications for the Officer (Commercial) position on a fixed tenure contract basis.

Applications are invited for a total of 1 vacant post.

Compensation and Benefits:

Additional Benefits:

1. Housing: Accommodation provided in the RCF colony with applicable utility charges.
2. Medical Facility: Free treatment at RCF Hospital (self only).
3. Leave: 12 casual leaves annually (1 per completed month).
4. Holidays: Entitlement to RCF holidays, with compensatory off for working on holidays.
5. Contract Tenure: 1 year, extendable by 1 additional year based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the final year.

Experience:

• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in marine vessel/shipping operations.
• Familiarity with handling materials from imported vessels and documentation processes.

Age Limit:

• Maximum: 52 years as of 01.11.2024.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting:

• Qualification Weightage: 50% based on marks in graduation.
• Experience Weightage: 50% based on relevant work experience beyond the minimum required.

2. Personal Interview:

• Evaluation Criteria:
  1. Personality & Communication Skills: 15 marks
  2. Subject Knowledge: 50 marks
  3. Nature of Experience: 20 marks
  4. General Awareness/Computer Knowledge/Additional Qualifications: 15 marks
• Passing Marks: Minimum 50% in the interview.

3. Final Selection:

• Merit list based on total interview marks.
• Tie-breaking criteria:
  • Higher graduation marks.
  • Earlier date of birth (seniority).

• ₹1,000 for General and OBC candidates.
• Exemptions for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates.
