Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Company, invites applications for 378 Apprentice positions under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various disciplines at one of India’s leading industrial organizations.

Vacancies:

1. Graduate Apprentice

• Disciplines:
  • Accounts Executive: 51 positions
  • Secretarial Assistant: 96 positions
  • Recruitment Executive (HR): 35 positions
• Eligibility: Any graduate (specific requirements depend on the role).
• Duration: 12 months
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years
• Locations: Trombay and Thal

2. Technician Apprentice

• Disciplines:
  • Diploma Chemical: 20 positions
  • Diploma Civil: 14 positions
  • Diploma Computer: 6 positions
  • Diploma Electrical: 10 positions
  • Diploma Instrumentation: 20 positions
  • Diploma Mechanical: 20 positions
• Eligibility: Diploma in the relevant discipline.

3. Trade Apprentice

  • Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant): 74 positions
  • Boiler Attendant: 3 positions

  • Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant): 3 positions
  • Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): 14 positions
  • Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology): 2 positions
• Eligibility: Qualification varies by trade (12th or B.Sc. in relevant fields).
• Duration: 12-24 months
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

Stipend:

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000/month
• Technician Apprentices: ₹8,000/month
• Trade Apprentices: ₹7,000/month

Note: Stipends are governed by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

Reservation Details:

The overall reservation policy will follow government norms:

• SC: 56 posts
• ST: 28 posts
• OBC (NCL): 101 posts
• EWS: 37 posts
• Unreserved: 156 posts

Age relaxation as per government rules:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Physical and Medical Standards:

• All selected candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner at the time of document verification.

Selection Process:

1. Merit List:
   • Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks in their essential educational qualification.
   • Tie-breaker criteria: Higher qualifications or marks in preceding qualifications.
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must present original and attested copies of required documents (age proof, educational certificates, category certificates, Aadhar, PAN, medical fitness, etc.).
3. Final Selection:
   • Candidates successfully completing document verification and contract approval on the apprenticeship portal will be selected.
   • Joining on the specified date is mandatory to confirm selection.
4. No Employment Guarantee:
   • Apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment at RCFL.

The selection decision by RCFL is final, and applicants should stay updated via email notifications.
