Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Essential Qualifications:
   • Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized board or its equivalent.
   • Must possess a certificate/diploma in stenography in Hindi or English from a recognized institute.
2. Computer Skills:
   • Knowledge of basic computer operations is mandatory.
   • Computer Diploma or relevant certificate is necessary.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • Fluency in Hindi and/or English is required, depending on the chosen stenography language.

Age Limit (01/01/2026):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/BC/EWS/Women: 5 years
  • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of:

1. Written Examination:
   • Objective-type test covering general knowledge, language proficiency, and basic computer knowledge.
2. Skill Test:
   • Stenography test to assess typing speed and accuracy.

   Skill Test Requirements:

   • Hindi Stenography:
     • Typing Speed: 80 words per minute
     • Transcription Speed: 60 words per minute
   • English Stenography:
     • Typing Speed: 100 words per minute
     • Transcription Speed: 70 words per minute
3. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original documents to confirm eligibility.

Application Fee:

• General/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer): ₹750
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS: ₹600
• SC/ST/PwD: ₹450
• Payment through online modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
