3. Physical Standards

For Male Candidates:

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches

The selection process for the Punjab Police Constable Exam 2025 consists of three stages:

1. Computer-Based Test

• Exam Mode: Online (MCQ)
• Total Marks: 100
• Negative Marking: No negative marking

2. Physical Screening Test (PST) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

• The Physical Screening Test (PST) is qualifying in nature.
• The candidate must pass the PST to proceed to the next stage.
• Events for Male Candidates:
  • 1600 m run in 6:30 minutes
  • Long Jump 3.80 m (Three attempts allowed)
  • High Jump 1.10 m (Three attempts permitted)
• Events for Female Candidates:
  • 800 m run in 4:00 minutes
  • Long Jump 3.00 m (Three attempts allowed)
  • High Jump 0.95 m (Three attempts permitted)

3. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify for the PST will be called for document verification. Candidates must bring original copies of their educational certificates, identity proof, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and other relevant documents.
