Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 9 vacant posts for the following categories:

• Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager-1
• Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor-5
• Guard with Gun, (For Haridwar, Shamli & Rohtak)-3

Pay Scale:

• Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager
  • CTC: ₹4.32 Lacs per annum
  • Additional: Incentives subject to achievement of targets
• Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor
  • CTC: ₹2.88 Lacs per annum
  • Additional: Incentives subject to achievement of targets
• Guard with Gun
  • Salary: ₹22,000 per month (fixed)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager

• Educational Qualification:
  • M.Com or MBA (Marketing & Finance only).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking or NBFC.

2. Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor

• Educational Qualification:
  • At least Commerce Graduate with six months of computer training.
  • MBA in Finance & Marketing is preferred.

3. Guard with Gun

• Educational Qualification:
  • At least middle-class pass.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid Arms License with own weapon.
  • Candidates from Ex-Army with an All-India Arms License and driving skills will be preferred.
