Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) is inviting applications from qualified and eligible candidates for the position of Assistant Lineman (ALM) under the PSPCL Assistant Lineman Recruitment 2025. The selected candidates will be responsible for electrical line maintenance, power distribution, and other technical tasks under PSPCL.

PSPCL Assistant Lineman Vacancy & Pay Scale Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 3000 vacant posts under the PSPCL Assistant Lineman Notification 2025.

• Pay Scale: ₹19,900 per month (Level as per Punjab Govt. pay matrix)

Educational Qualifications

• Matriculation (10th Pass) with:
  • National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade from a recognized institute.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC candidates: 5 years
  • PWD Candidates: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Punjab Govt. guidelines.

Other Requirements

• Must be proficient in Punjabi language (candidates must have passed Punjabi in matriculation or equivalent).

PSPCL Assistant Lineman Vacancy 2025 Selection Process:

The recruitment process for assistant lineman (ALM) will be conducted through the following stages:

1. Written Examination (Computer-Based Test—CBT)

   • Part I- 50 MCQ
   • Part II- 100 MCQ
   • Exam Duration: 3 hours.

2. Document Verification

   • Candidates clearing the written exam will be called for document verification.
   • Required documents include education certificates, apprenticeship certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and proof of Punjabi language proficiency.

3. Final Merit List & Appointment

   • Based on exam performance and document verification, a final merit list will be published.
