Job Specifications:

• Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: At least 1 year in the company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company (internship/training not counted as experience).
• Age Limit: 29 years as of the last date of application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting of agenda, minutes, official letters, etc.
• Compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other statutory compliances.
• Handling General Body Meetings and other secretarial matters.
