PNB SO Recruitment 2025 Notification: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has officially released the notification for the recruitment of 350 Specialist Officers (SO) in various posts. The PNB SO Recruitment 2025 notification was released on 1st March 2025, and the online application process will be open from 3rd March 2025 to 24th March 2025.

Online applications are invited for a total of 350 vacant posts under the following categories:

PNB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Officer – Credit

  • Education Qualification:
    • CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance) with 60% marks.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 21 – 30 Years.

• Officer – Industry

  • Education Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 21 – 30 Years.

• Manager – IT

  • Education Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 60% marks.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 25 – 35 Years.

• Senior Manager – IT

  • Education Qualification:
    • M.Tech/MCA with 60% marks.
    • 3 years of experience.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 27 – 38 Years.

• Manager – Data Scientist

  • Education Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS) with AI/ML Certification.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 25 – 35 Years.

• Senior Manager – Data Scientist

  • Education Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in AI/DS.
    • 3 years of experience.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 27 – 38 Years.

• Manager – Cyber Security

  • Education Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) with Cyber Security Certification.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 25 – 35 Years.

• Senior Manager – Cyber Security

  • Education Qualification:
    • M.Tech (CS/IT) with 3 years of experience.
  • Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025): 27 – 38 Years.

PNB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of either Online Written Test & Interview or Shortlisting & Interview, depending on the number of applications received.

1. Online Written Test (if conducted)

The online written test will be conducted in two parts:

• Duration: 120 minutes
• Negative Marking: 1/4th of the marks per wrong answer
• Candidates who qualify Part-I will have their Professional Knowledge paper evaluated.

2. Interview

• Candidates shortlisted based on merit will be called for an Interview (50 marks).
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • SC/ST: 22.5 marks (45%)
  • Others: 25 marks (50%)
