Applications are invited for a total of 115 vacant posts of executive positions under the following categories:

PGCIL Executive Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for the manager, deputy manager, and assistant manager positions under PGCIL Recruitment 2025, candidates must possess the following:

1. Manager (Electrical)

  • Grade/Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
  • Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including 3 years in:
    • Power transmission projects (132 kV and above)
    • Design, construction, testing & commissioning, or O&M of transmission systems
  • Upper Age Limit: 39 years (as of 12.03.2025)

2. Deputy Manager (Electrical)

  • Grade/Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
  • Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience, including 3 years in:
    • Power transmission projects (132 kV and above)
    • Design, construction, testing & commissioning, or O&M of transmission systems
  • Upper Age Limit: 36 years (as of 12.03.2025)

3. Assistant Manager (Electrical)

  • Grade/Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
  • Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Upper Age Limit: 33 years (as of 12.03.2025)

The selection process for executives under POWERGRID Executive Recruitment 2025 consists of the following:
