Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 25 vacant posts.

Compensation:

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000
• Additional Benefits:
  • Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, and perks @ 35% of basic pay.

  • Leave entitlements including casual leave, earned leave, sick leave, and maternity leave.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in secretarial matters, including:
  • Drafting agendas, minutes, and official letters.
  • Conducting Board/Committee meetings and General Body meetings.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and related regulations.
    (Internship/Training shall not be counted as experience.)

Age Limit (as of January 16, 2025):

• Maximum Age: 29 years.
• Relaxation:
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: As per Government of India directives.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility criteria.
2. Interview: Weightage:
   • UR/EWS: Minimum qualifying marks: 40%
   • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: Minimum qualifying marks: 30%
3. Screening Test (if required):
   • Qualifying nature: 40% for UR/EWS, 30% for reserved categories.
