Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility for Apprenticeship in POWERGRID:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must meet the educational qualifications mentioned in the notification.
- Result Declaration: The final examination result must have been declared between 09.09.2022 and 08.09.2024.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates should be medically fit as per the provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961.
Ineligibility for Apprenticeship:
- Candidates who are awaiting the results of their final examination at the time of application.
- Candidates who are under 18 years of age.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of job experience.
Application Process:
1. Register on the NAPS / NATS portal to obtain a registration/enrolment number.
2. Visit the POWERGRID website and navigate to the “Careers” section.
3. Click on “Engagement of Apprentices” and apply online.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Based on the eligibility criteria and academic performance.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final Selection: Based on the interview performance and document verification.
