Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, a Maharatna enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, is inviting online applications from promising, energetic, and bright candidates for a one-year apprenticeship program.

Available Apprenticeship Trades:

• Graduate (Electrical)
• Graduate (Civil)
• Diploma (Electrical)
• Diploma (Civil)
• ITI (Electrician)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must possess a full-time regular degree/diploma in the respective trade from a recognized institute/university.
• Candidates should register themselves on the NAPS (for ITI trades) or NATS (for Degree/Diploma in Engineering) portals and complete/update their profiles by uploading all required documents.

Stipend:

• ITI Electrician: ₹13,500 per month
• Diploma (Electrical): ₹15,000 per month (including DBT of ₹4,000)
• Graduate (Electrical/Civil): ₹15,000 per month

• ITI Candidates: Register on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal.
• Degree/Diploma Candidates: Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.

3. Navigate to the Careers Section:

• Find the “Careers” section on the website.

4. Find the Apprenticeship Notification:

• Look for the apprenticeship notification for Northern Region – II (Reference No: Apprenticeship/2024-25/NR-II/01).

5. Read the Notification:

• Carefully read the notification to understand the eligibility criteria, stipend details, and other important information.

6. Fill Out the Online Application Form:

• Click on the link to apply online.
• Fill out the application form with accurate details.

7. Upload Required Documents:

• Upload the necessary documents as specified in the notification.
