ORMAS Recruitment 2025 Notification: The Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) is recruiting for 08 Posts of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Accountant-Cum-MIS In-Charge, under the 10K FPO & SS Scheme in Ganjam district. The positions are open to candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in the fields of agriculture and accounting. These positions are contractual, and the selected candidates will be responsible for managing and supporting the Farmers Producer Organization (FPO).

ORMAS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing, Agri Business Management (or BBA or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with farmers at the grassroots level.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age of 38 years.
  • Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Accountant-Cum-MIS In-Charge:

  • Qualification: 10+2 with Mathematics (or Commerce background with an accounting focus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or related work.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age of 32 years.
  • Remuneration: Rs. 10,000/- per month.

ORMAS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

The selection process for ORMAS Recruitment 2025 involves three main stages:
