Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise, invites applications from retired ONGC personnel for the positions of Junior Consultants and Associate Consultants on a contractual basis. Selected candidates will contribute to Marine Radio Operations in Western Offshore, Mumbai, leveraging their expertise and experience.

Remuneration and Benefits:
Junior Consultant (Up to E3 Level):
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹27,000
- Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹6,500
- Office at Residence Reimbursement: ₹6,500
- Communication Facilities Reimbursement: ₹2,000
- Total Monthly Compensation: ₹40,000
Associate Consultant (E4 to E5 Level):
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹40,000
- Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹13,000
- Office at Residence Reimbursement: ₹13,000
- Communication Facilities Reimbursement: ₹2,000
- Total Monthly Compensation: ₹66,000
Performance-based remuneration will be evaluated, with 20% of the monthly honorarium disbursed after the contract period based on task completion.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Possession of any of the following certifications issued by the Ministry of Communication (MoC), Government of India:
- GMDSS General Operator Certificate (GOC).
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Radio Telephony (General/Restricted/Inland Marine).
Experience:
- Junior Consultant: Retired ONGC employees who retired at A/F level up to E3 level.
- Associate Consultant: Retired ONGC employees who retired at E4/E5/E6 level.
- Note: Candidates retired at E6 level will have their remuneration capped at E5 level.
Age Limit (as of the application closing date):
- Maximum age: 64 years.
Selection Process:
- Qualification Evaluation:
- Certification Points (Maximum 30 Marks):
- GMDSS GOC or COP (2nd class): 30 marks
- COP RTG/RTR: 24 marks
- COP RTIM: 18 marks
- Certification Points (Maximum 30 Marks):
- Experience Evaluation:
- Years of Experience in ONGC (Maximum 40 Marks):
- More than 10 years: 40 marks
- 8-10 years: 30 marks
- 5-8 years: 20 marks
- Up to 5 years: 10 marks
- Years of Experience in ONGC (Maximum 40 Marks):
- Interview:
- Maximum 30 Marks.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 60%.
- Final Merit List:
- Based on total marks from qualifications, experience, and interview.
Contract Terms:
- Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of 6 months or until the candidate attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
- Free boarding and lodging provided for ON/OFF duty.
- Consultants will be eligible for 12 casual leaves per year on a pro-rata basis.
