NRL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost Management Accountant), BE (Bachelor of Engineering), or MBA (Master of Business Administration).

Experience:

• A minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years of experience should be in Internal Audit or Finance, or a combination of both.
• If applying from a PSU (Public Sector Undertaking), the candidate should have retired from the position of at least a CGM (Chief General Manager).

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 70 years as of 26.03.2025.

• Executive Directors (ED): Rs. 1,87,500/month.
• CGM: Rs. 1,50,000/month.
• Candidates from the private sector will receive a monthly salary between Rs. 1,50,000 and Rs. 1,87,500, depending on their last drawn salary.
