Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Production, Chemical, Construction, or Instrumentation disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.
• A Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from the Central Labour Institute or Regional Labour Institutes under the Government of India.

Upper Age Limit:

• General Category: 45 years as of the last date of application.

Reservation and Relaxation:

• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government guidelines
• Candidates claiming reservations must provide valid supporting certificates.

Medical Standards:

• Candidates must be in sound health and meet the medical standards specified by NTPC.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will oversee safety protocols, ensure adherence to industrial safety standards, and support operations across NTPC’s projects, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

Selection Process:

• Stages:
  • Application screening based on qualifications and marks.
  • Written or computer-based tests, including:
    • Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
    • Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)
  • Personal interview or further stages as determined by management.

Candidates must qualify separately in SKT and EAT.
