The National Testing Agency (NTA), a premier autonomous and self-sustained testing organization, invites applications for the position of Young Professional (YP) on a contractual basis. The role involves diverse responsibilities across examination, finance, and HR activities, providing an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and transparency of national-level testing processes.

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 20 vacant posts under the title of Young Professional.

Remuneration:

  • Consolidated Monthly Pay: ₹60,000 (subject to statutory deductions).

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Essential:
    • BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc (Computer Science), MCA, MBA, LLB, or LLM with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from a Government-recognized institute/university.
  • Desirable:
    • Two years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in Government/State Government/CPSE/Autonomous Bodies/Universities/Research Institutions.
    • Note: Periods spent in Ph.D./Research/Fellowship/Internship are not considered as work experience.

2. Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 40 years as of 31 December 2024.

Terms of Engagement:

  1. Tenure:
    • Initial contract of one year, extendable annually up to a maximum of three years based on performance evaluation and organizational needs.
  2. Termination Clause:
    • Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or remuneration in lieu thereof.
  3. Other Benefits:
    • No TA/DA for joining or completion of assignment.
    • TA/DA applicable only for official travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Examination Activities:
    • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of national-level examinations conducted by NTA.
  2. Finance Tasks:
    • Managing budgeting, accounts, financial reporting, and compliance-related activities.
  3. HR Operations:
    • Handling recruitment processes, employee engagement, compliance matters, and other HR-related functions.
  4. General Administrative Duties:
    • Supporting the implementation of operational processes to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
  5. Project Management:
    • Contributing to special projects and initiatives to improve transparency and efficiency in testing processes.

Selection Process:
