The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) 2025 for admission to postgraduate Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. The NTET 2025 Notification was released on 4 June 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online from 4 June 2025 to 23 June 2025. The NTET 2025 Exam will be held on 17 July 2025.

NTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) 2025, candidates should possess the following:

Educational Qualification:

• PG degree holders in relevant AYUSH disciplines: MD/MS in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, or Homoeopathy.

• Candidates with BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS and allied PG degrees are also eligible.

Additional Criteria:

• 30 months for completion of PG for AYUSH disciplines.

• Valid recognition under NCISM/NCH regulations.

Qualifying Marks: 50% and above (no rounding off).

NTET 2025 Exam Pattern:

Below is the detailed exam pattern for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) 2025:

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours)

• Medium: English and Hindi

• Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Total Questions: 100

• Total Marks: 100

• Negative Marking: None
