The National Pension System Trust (NPS Trust) has announced its recruitment drive for 2025, inviting applications for 19 vacancies in Officer Grade B (Manager) and Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) roles. Vacancy:

Applications are invited for a total of 19 vacant posts:

Pay Scale:

• Grade A (Assistant Manager):
  • Pay Scale: ₹44,500–₹89,150.
  • CTC: Approximately ₹30 Lakh per annum.
• Grade B (Manager):
  • Pay Scale: ₹55,200–₹99,750.
  • CTC: Approximately ₹35 Lakh per annum.

Both positions include various allowances like Housing, Medical, Learning, Conveyance, and more.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications

• Grade A (Assistant Manager):
  • Full-time graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CA/CFA/MBA/PGDM) are preferred.
  • No prior experience required.
• Grade B (Manager):
  • Full-time post-graduation or equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in relevant officer roles in the financial sector or related domains.

Age Limit

• Grade A (Assistant Manager):
  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Candidates must not have been born earlier than 02.01.1995 and not later than 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).

  Grade B (Manager):

  • Minimum Age: 25 years
  • Maximum Age: 33 years
  • Candidates must not have been born earlier than 02.01.1992 and not later than 01.01.2000 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation (As per Government Norms)

Selection Process:

1. Phase I:
   • Online examination consisting of 120 marks.
   • Subjects: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and specialized topics.
2. Phase II:
   • Two papers (Descriptive and Objective) of 100 marks each.
   • Subjects based on General Studies and specialized streams.
3. Phase III:
   • Interview (Weightage: 50%).

Final selection is based on the combined performance in Phase II and the interview.

• SC/ST/PwBD/Women: Nil.
