Qualifications & Experience:

• Commercial: Degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/PG in Marketing/Foreign Trade/Sales or CA/ICMA.
• Environment: Degree in Civil/Chemical/Mining/Environmental Engineering, PG in Environmental Management/Science or related fields.
• Geo & QC: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Geology.
• Mining: Diploma in Mining Engineering with Foreman’s Certificate or Degree with Mines Manager Certificate. Diploma holders require five years of experience.
• Survey: Diploma in Mining or Surveying with a Surveyor’s Certificate. Five years of experience required.
• Chemical: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Civil: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in construction.
• Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a Supervisory Certificate or Degree in Electrical Engineering with five years of experience in HT/LT systems and machinery maintenance.
• Industrial Engineering: Degree in Industrial or Mechanical/Mining/Production Engineering with PG in Industrial Engineering.
• Mechanical: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with five years of experience in maintenance of heavy equipment.

Age Limit:

Maximum age of 32 years (Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per government norms).

Training and Pay:

• Training Duration: 12-18 months depending on qualifications.
• Stipend:
  • Diploma Holders: ₹38,000/month
  • Degree Holders: ₹37,000/month
• Pay Scale after Training: ₹37,000 – ₹1,30,000

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on merit in the CBT, and those meeting the qualifying standards will proceed to the Supervisory Skill Test.
