NIMSME Recruitment 2025 Notification: The National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME) is recruiting for 05 Posts of Director and Faculty Member. The recruitment is through deputation or short-term contract, with vacancies for one Director and four Faculty Members. The positions require a qualification such as a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Science, Engineering or Technology, with preference given to candidates with a Doctorate degree.

1. Director:

•  Education: You need a Master’s degree in relevant fields like Business Administration, Science (including Computer Science/AI/ML), Economics, Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience: The applicant must have experience in areas like industry, teaching, research, or the MSME sector. You must have served in higher positions such as Level 12 or equivalent in the pay matrix.
• Salary: 7the CPC,Leve- 12 Group – A (Rs.78800-209200)

2. Faculty Member:

• Education: A Master’s degree in similar fields to the Director position is required.
• Experience: The candidate should have experience in industry, teaching, research, or MSME sectors and have served in higher positions such as Level 11 or equivalent in the pay matrix.
• Salary: 7the CPC,Leve- 11 Group – A (Rs.67700-208700)

NIMSME Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

• Application Screening

• Shortlisting of Candidates

  • Based on qualifications and experience, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage.

• Interview Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email about the interview date, time, and venue.
  • The interview may be conducted in person at NIMSME, Hyderabad or virtually (online), depending on the organization’s decision.
  • The interview panel will assess:
    • Technical knowledge in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or Technology.
    • Industry or teaching experience related to MSMEs.
    • Leadership and managerial capabilities (for the Director position).
    • Research and publication record (for Faculty Members).
