The NCR Planning Board is recruiting Stenographers (Grade C & D) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) for its New Delhi office. Selected candidates will handle crucial administrative tasks, including stenography and clerical support, in a key government organization under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.

NCRPB Stenographer & MTS Vacancies & Pay Scale:

NCRPB Delhi invites applications for Stenographer (Grade C & Grade D) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) positions. The details are as follows:

1. Stenographer Grade ‘C’

   • Vacancies: 01 (SC)
   • Pay Level: 7 (₹44,900 – 1,42,400)
   • Age Limit: Up to 28 years

2. Stenographer Grade ‘D’

   • Vacancies: 03 (SC-1, ST-1, OBC-1)
   • Pay Level: 4 (₹25,500 – 81,100)
   • Age Limit: Up to 28 years

3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

   • Vacancies: 04 (SC-1, ST-1, OBC (NCL)-2)
   • Pay Level: 1 (₹18,000 – 56,900)
   • Age Limit: 18 – 27 years

NCRPB Stenographer & MTS Eligibility Criteria:

Below are the detailed eligibility criteria for Stenographer (Grade C & Grade D) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) positions:

Stenographer Grade ‘C’

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Skill Requirement:
  • Shorthand Speed: 120 W.P.M. (English) and 40 W.P.M. typing, or 100 W.P.M. (Hindi) and 35 W.P.M. typing.
  • A computer diploma is mandatory.
• Preference: Bilingual shorthand and typing in English & Hindi.

Stenographer Grade ‘D’

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Skill Requirement:
  • Shorthand Speed: 80 W.P.M. (English) with 40 W.P.M. typing.
  • A computer diploma is mandatory.
• Preference: Additional proficiency in Hindi shorthand and typing.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Educational Qualification: 10th class pass from a recognized board.
• Age Relaxation: As per the Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

NCRPB Delhi Stenographer & MTS Selection Process:

1. Written Examination: Objective-type questions covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.
2. Skill Test (Stenographers): Shorthand and typing test as per the prescribed speeds.
