Vacancy & Salary Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have:
  • Passed either the Executive Program or Professional Program of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Completed the Executive Development Program (EDP) as per ICSI guidelines.
• Preference: Candidates qualified in the Professional Program will be given priority.

2. Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 28 years as of January 1, 2025.
• Date of Birth: Candidates must not have been born before January 2, 1997.

3. Other Requirements:

• Candidates who have already completed Management Training under ICSI are not eligible.
• The opportunity is Unreserved, and there is only one position available.

4. Language Proficiency:

• No specific language requirement mentioned; however, fluency in English for corporate documentation is implied.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting of Applications:

• Applications will be screened to verify eligibility based on:
  • Completion of the ICSI Executive or Professional Program.
  • Completion of the Executive Development Program (EDP).
  • Age limit as per the notification.
• Candidates qualified in the Professional Program will be prioritized over those qualified in the Executive Program.

2. Merit List Preparation:

• Eligible candidates will be ranked based on their percentage of marks in the ICSI program (Professional or Executive).
• Tie-Breaking Criteria:
  • Older candidates will be ranked higher.
  • If still tied, alphabetical order of names (as per English dictionary) will be used.

3. Document Verification:

• The top three candidates from the merit list will be called for document scrutiny to verify:
  • Educational qualifications.
  • Age proof.
  • Identity proof and other required documents.
• The date for document verification will be announced on the NCL website (www.nclcil.in).

4. Final Selection:

• The top candidate who clears document verification will be selected for the training opportunity.
• The next two candidates will be placed on a waiting list, in case the top candidate does not report or fulfill requirements.

    • Matriculation certificate and mark sheet (proof of age).
    • ICSI Executive/Professional Program passing certificate and mark sheet.
    • Aadhaar card (proof of identity).
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
