Nainital Bank is hiring Customer Support Associates (Clerks) for 25 vacancies, offering a competitive pay scale and growth opportunities across North India. Graduates/Postgraduates with computer proficiency and language skills in Hindi & English are encouraged to apply.

Overview:

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for 25 positions across branches in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

Pay Scale & Benefits:

• Pay Scale: ₹ 24,050–64,480 (including increments as per bank norms).
• Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Special Allowances, etc.

Job Location:

The selected candidates will be posted to any of the existing/proposed branches/offices of the Bank across Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Graduation/Post Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in any recognized stream from a recognized University/Institute.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English languages will be preferred.

2. Age Limit (as of 31.10.2024):

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 32 years

3. Bond requirement:

• Selected candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond for ₹ 1.5 lakhs to serve the bank for a minimum period of 2 years.

Selection Process:

1.Online Examination:

The exam will consist of 5 sections, totaling 200 marks over 145 minutes:

Penalty for wrong answers: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

2. Interview:

Candidates who qualify for the online written test will be shortlisted for an interview.

Examination Centers:

Candidates can choose one of the following centers:

1. Haldwani, Dehradun, Roorkee (Uttarakhand)
2. Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
3. Jaipur (Rajasthan)
4. Delhi/NCR
5. Ambala (Haryana)

Important Notes:

1. The bank reserves the right to change the selection process, cancel/postpone the recruitment, or modify vacancies.
