1. Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, data entry, etc.).
  • Must have passed a certificate course in computer applications.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years (age relaxations as per rules).

2. Line Attendant (Distribution) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • ITI certification in Electrician/Wireman trade.
• Physical Standards: Fit for fieldwork as per company norms.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years (age relaxations as per rules).

3. Security Sub-Inspector (Trainee):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Preference for candidates with NCC ‘C’ certificate or relevant defense experience.
• Physical Standards:
  • Height: Minimum 170 cm (Relaxation for certain categories).
  • Chest: 81–85 cm (unexpanded and expanded).
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

4. Junior Controller (Plant) Mechanical Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Preference for candidates with prior plant experience.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

5. Junior Controller (Plant) Electronics Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Experience in handling electronics systems is desirable.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

6. Junior Controller/Assistant Manager (Civil) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

7. Junior Controller/Assistant Manager (Transmission/Distribution/Plant)-Electrical Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

8. Assistant Fund Officer/Fund Assistant Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, etc.).
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

9. Assistant Manager (HR) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: Proficiency in managing HR-related software and systems.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

10. Assistant Manager (IT) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Skills: Knowledge of programming, networking, and database management.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

11. Plant Assistant (Mechanical) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • ITI in Mechanical trade or equivalent.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

12. Plant Assistant (Electrical) Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • ITI in Electrical trade or equivalent.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

13. Medicine Organizer (Pharmacist):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Pharmacist under State Pharmacy Council.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

14. Store Assistant Trainee:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

15. Junior Stenographer:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 12th Pass with a Diploma in Stenography.
  • Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM.
  • Typing Speed: 40 WPM (English) or 30 WPM (Hindi).
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

16. ATM (Assistant Technician Mechanic):

• Educational Qualification:
  • ITI in relevant mechanical trade.
• Age Limit: 18–40 years.

Selection Process:

1. Online Examination:
   • Objective-type questions related to the field and general awareness.
2. Skill Test (where applicable):
   • For posts requiring typing, stenography, or other skills.
3. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification.

• For Unreserved Category (UR): Rs. 1200/-
• For applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Other Backward Class (Non Creamy Layer) (OBC) / Divyaangjan (Specially abled) / Economically Weaker Section (EWS) who are natives of M.P. / local residents: Rs. 600/-
