MPSC Latest Notification 2025: The Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) is recruiting for 05 Posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Irrigation & Water Resources Department. Applicants must have a 3-year diploma in Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering from a government-recognized institution. The age limit of candidates is between 18 and 35 years, with some relaxations.

Online applications are invited for a total of 5 vacant posts under the following category:

MPSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

✅ High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC).
✅ 3-year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

2. Age Limit

✅ 18 to 35 years as of the last date of application (March 20, 2025).
✅ Age relaxations are available as per government rules.

3. Mizo Language Proficiency

✅ Candidates should have knowledge of the Mizo language.
✅ Exemption from Mizo Language Test if:

• Studied Mizo as a subject in Class X or higher.
• Opted for Mizo as a subject outside Mizoram.

MPSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

The recruitment will be conducted through a competitive examination. The exam will consist of the following papers:

• Paper I – General English (100 Marks, 3 hours)
• Paper II – General Knowledge (MCQ) (100 Marks, 2 hours)
• Paper III – Technical Subject (MCQ) (200 Marks, 2 hours)
• Paper IV – Technical Subject (MCQ) (200 Marks, 2 hours)

After the written exam, candidates who perform well will be called for a Personal Interview worth 80 marks. The total marks for the recruitment process will be 680 Marks.
