​The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced the Maharashtra Civil Services Gazetted Combined Preliminary Examination 2025, offering a total of 385 vacancies across various Group A and Group B positions. Eligible candidates can apply online from March 28, 2025, to April 17, 2025. The Maharashtra Civil Services Pre-Exam 2025 will be conducted on September 28, 2025.

MPSC Group A and B Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 385 vacant posts under the MPSC Civil Services Exam 2025 Notification for the following categories:

• State Services Group A and Group B: 127 ​

• Maharashtra Forest Service Group A and Group B: 144 ​

• Maharashtra Civil Engineering Services Group A and Group B: 114

MPSC Combined Preliminary Exam Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• State Service Examination: Bachelor’s degree or degree in mechanical/automobile engineering.​
• Maharashtra Forest Service Examination: Bachelor’s degree in specified science or engineering disciplines.​
• Civil Engineering Service Examination: Degree in Civil Engineering.​

Age Limit:

• Forest Ranger Positions: 21 to 43 years​
• Other Positions: 18/19 to 38 years​

​MPSC Combined Preliminary Exam Selection Process:

1. Preliminary Examination: General Studies Paper I & CSAT, MCQ Based​

2. Main Examination: In-depth written examination specific to the chosen service.​

3. Interview
