Vacancy Details:
Applications are invited for a total of 861 vacant posts for Assistant Grade-3, Stenotypist, Stenographer and other similar posts.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution or meet one of the following:
- BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT, MCA, BCA, MSc (IT/CS), BSc (IT/CS).
- A one-year diploma from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university.
- CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) Score Card with 20 WPM in Hindi and/or 30 WPM in English typing as per departmental requirements.
- Candidates must possess a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution or meet one of the following:
- Typing and Stenography (for relevant posts):
- Hindi shorthand: 80 WPM.
- English shorthand: 100 WPM.
Age Limit (as of 01/01/2024):
- General Category: 18 to 40 years.
- Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Women of MP): Up to 45 years.
Note: Age relaxations as per government rules apply.
Selection Process:
- Written Examination:
- A computer-based test (CBT) with the following subjects:
- General Knowledge
- General Hindi
- General English
- Mathematics
- General Computer Knowledge
- General Aptitude
Total Marks: 100
- A computer-based test (CBT) with the following subjects:
- Skill Test (if applicable):
- Typing/Stenography proficiency test based on the post.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates must present original documents for verification.
