Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Applicants must be retired Central Government employees.
- Preferably served as Under Secretary or above.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Central Government Ministry/Department.
- Specialized knowledge or work experience in the following areas:
- Inland Waterways Development.
- Infrastructure-related projects.
- Drafting Cabinet Notes, MoUs, and Parliamentary documents.
- Policy formulation for inland waterways and related sectors.
3. Age Limit:
- Applicants must be 63 years or below as of the last date of application (11 February 2025).
4. Other Requirements:
- The applicant must not have retired as a result of disciplinary actions or as a matter of punishment.
- Strong understanding of inland waterways policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling infrastructure projects and inland waterways-related development.
Selection Process:
1. Application Screening:
