Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Applicants must be retired Central Government employees.
• Preferably served as Under Secretary or above.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Central Government Ministry/Department.
• Specialized knowledge or work experience in the following areas:
  • Inland Waterways Development.
  • Infrastructure-related projects.
  • Drafting Cabinet Notes, MoUs, and Parliamentary documents.
  • Policy formulation for inland waterways and related sectors.

3. Age Limit:

• Applicants must be 63 years or below as of the last date of application (11 February 2025).

4. Other Requirements:

• The applicant must not have retired as a result of disciplinary actions or as a matter of punishment.
• Strong understanding of inland waterways policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling infrastructure projects and inland waterways-related development.

Selection Process:
